What is it?

The Lincoln Book Fair is a two or three day event, usually held the week of Thanksgiving, where Lincoln families can purchase books from a selected vendor.  Children and their teachers preview the books in advance and create wish lists of books they'd like.  Parents can stop in and review the wish lists and purchase books before or after their Parent/Teacher conferences.

When is it?

Usually the Book Fair is scheduled to coincide with the Parent/Teacher conferences.  It offers evening hours for working parents to be able to stop in to purchase books.

Volunteers needed?

  • Chairperson and/or Co-Chair's to coordinate the Book Fair
  • Many volunteers for a variety of duties, set up, take down/clean up, volunteers to work shifts at the Book Fair as cashiers, baggers, security, display arrangers.
