What is it?

Market Day is a food fundraising co-op for the Elmhurst Instrumental Music Boosters (EIMB) and for the Lincoln, Jackson, Jefferson, and Bryan PTA’s.  Elmhurst Instrumental Music Boosters are a volunteer group of parents whose primary purpose is to raise funds to provide scholarships for music camps and the District 205 summer music program, as well as other support for band and orchestra students in grades 4-8.  A portion of the proceeds from each sale are sent to the four Bryan area school PTA’s.  District 205 has a very strong nationally recognized instrumental music program and this is one way to support our instrumental music department.

When is it?

Order forms are available in the Lincoln school office and collected monthly.  You can also order anytime online CLICK HERE, please use Account #2652 - Bryan.

You may pick up your Market Day orders in the Bryan Middle School cafeteria from 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. on the dates listed below.

Pick up Dates:  9/24, 10/22, 11/19, 12/17, 1/28, 2/25, 3/25, 4/29, 5/27

On-line orders due by 11:00 p.m. on:  9/21, 10/19, 11/16, 12/14, 1/25, 2/22, 3/22, 4/26, 5/24

Volunteers needed?

  • Volunteers are needed to assist at Bryan Middle School for an hour or two during Sale Days, which are monthly on the above dates.
  • Chairperson to promote sales at Lincoln, manage orders and assist on delivery days.
