Yes, this is the spot...for the Lincoln PTA Membership-Directory Form. For those of you who have been through this process before, we have streamlined things and you now only need to fill out a single form for Membership and the Directory. Please fill out the form, print it out, write your check for your membership fee, and we'll start the ball rolling to enroll you in the Lincoln PTA.
If you need to be reimbursed for a PTA expense, please fill in the form, then use print button on the form to print out your completed request. Attach your receipts, make a copy for yourself, and forward to the Treasurer.
